Wrist, Hand, Finger Pain?
Test Yourself For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is pressure on a nerve in your wrist. It causes tingling, numbness and pain in your hand and fingers. CTS can make it difficult for you to do everyday tasks such as opening jars. The symptoms often start slowly and come and go. They’re often worse at night.
CTS is one of the top 3 conditions we see in office workers. Sitting at a desk, working on a computer with a keyboard and mouse can cause this condition to develop.
In this video, Dave our chiropractor, demonstrates 2 simple self-tests you can use to check if you have CTS. If these tests indicate you have CTS, it’s important that you contact a medical professional.
