In this video Dave demonstrates 3 gentle exercises you can do in the morning before you get our of bed. These exercises will:
✅ increase blood flow to the painful area
✅ reduce some of the pain and stiffness in the joint
✅ allow you to get out of bed more freely

We recommend repeating each exercise 10 times and completing 2/3 cycles of the 3 exercises before you get out of bed.
