For most of us, work is one of the primary causes of stress and tension in our lives. Yet most of us do very little to try and relieve this stress and tension while at work.
We might take a coffee break or get some fresh air but does this really help?
This simple stretch will help to relieve stress and tension by focusing on the areas that are the primary cause of pain i.e. your neck, shoulders and back. Do it twice to 3 times daily for maximum impact.
