Chronic Pain: Causes and Solutions
Chronic pain is long standing pain that persists beyond the usual recovery period or occurs along with a chronic health condition. Chronic pain may be intermittent or continuous. People often suffer chronic pain in their lower back, upper back, knee, neck and even their feet (plantar fasciitis).
The statistics on chronic pain are scary:

▪️ Arthritis is the most common chronic pain condition.
▪️ More than 8 in 10 patients with chronic pain are affected by severe depression.
▪️ 1 in 4 people with chronic pain have been diagnosed with clinical insomnia.
▪️ Chronic pain costs the US up to $635 billion annually.
