Online Purchase Returns

You must notify us (by e-mail to info@mypainkit.com) within 48 hours of receiving the product that you wish to make a return. We will then send you return instructions via e-mail.

For hygienic reasons, all returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all return documents using the code that best explains the reason for your return.

We will inspect Faulty Products upon return to any fault is as reported and is not caused by a failure to follow instructions before providing any replacement or refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.

If you have been sent the wrong product due to our mistake, we will happily replace it with the correct product. Again, e-mail us at info@mypainkit.com for further instructions.
